Gregory C. & Kacey M. Kacey and I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your help in purchasing our first home. This being our first major purchase, we didn't know what to expect, and you truly made the process a breeze.
The little things you did, from answering questions regarding properties, to explaining home warranties, to contacting us to give us updates on how the short sale was coming along, truly made us feel comfortable in making a decision about what condo we wanted to purchase.
While we know this is your job, we feel that you went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and getting exactly what we wanted. At no point did we feel "too pressured" to jump into something that we weren't 100% sure about.
We would also like to thank you for the gifts we received from you. The home depot gift card has definitely come in handy for supplies and other things for our new home. The address stamp is a neat little gift as well (Kacey and I were actually just looking on the internet last night for address labels or stamps to get, so this was really awesome!!).
